ALLEVIATING NEGATIVE STATES OF MIND SUCH AS:
Meditation provides us with a means of gaining respite from negative states of mind such as stress, anxiety, depression, addiction and loneliness. Through the practice of meditation we are able to find peace of mind and rest from the burden of unwholesome thoughts, feelings and emotions that cause us much suffering.
Time in nature is the antidote to the pressures of our modern, data driven, technological lifestyles. It is in nature that we are able to soothe our being through the calm and stillness of the forests,lakes,rivers,streams,mountains and oceans.
Meditating in nature heals our body, mind and spirit and gives to us the happiness and contentment that we have lost and longed for.
I am passionate about mental health and promoting the therapeutic values of meditation and time in nature. I have over 25 years in mindfulness, meditation, consciousness, awareness and compassion based practices and have studied a variety of philosophical related texts.
I have a compassion based approach and am motivated to share my time and experience in helping people who suffer with their emotional wellbeing.
I offer guided "one 2 one" and "group" sessions in natural settings to all people of all genders and ages and can provide a physical enhanced disclosure documents which enable me to work with vulnerable adults and children.
I also offer guided "one 2 one" and groups sessions outside of the natural settings of nature.
